after grad trip!
just graduated yesterday! woopee!
then off to the fort...
we had so much fun last night! the gang and I, (dots, didi, marla, bie, howe ni bie, aynns, harms, cocoi, and bonx) went to Euro Star, The Fort, after so much persuasion from dots, and a lot of hesitation from us...we finally decided to go after all. i was there at 6:30 na, an hour and a half late from the call time, (you know me) i was so glad i brought my jacket, i had an idea before that Global city was still a very open location, (still full of vast vacant lots) and that it would be windy...and that i would probably ride coasters with great heights...so i was right.
first stop, the ferris wheel, we were just three inside one gondola, dots, me, and aynns, and bie and her howe on the other... honestly, i rode the wheel of fate a million times, but giant ferris wheels still give me the panic effects now and then. no wonder why I clinged to the support pole the whole time.
then dots, the aggressive contender of the night, hinted that the ride "joker" was already opening. (believe me, the ride was far too larger than its name) and so she dragged me there to give it a shot. i haven't conditioned myself yet on how the ride will throw me up and down (it was as high as the ferris wheel, but much more faster, and extreme!) and so I passed on the first round. Dots rode by herself. what a daredevil! sayang nga hindi nya nakasabay yung cute french guy...but anyway, by the time she went down, she was still fired up, and wanted to go again. super sarap daw! and so, i was challenged. we fell in line again.
marla and dianne, harms and cocoi arrived very shortly and they joined us immediately while still in line. by then, i was conditioning myself, that this would be a very overwhelming ride, and that I would be haunted by tremendous regret if I didn't go for it. and so I did. what was the feeling? no feeling! i can't feel my legs and my stomach anymore! but great portions of the whole ride was awesome! it was like bunjee jumping, meets anchors away, meets space shuttle. by then, i was thinking: "who cares!? propel me to my death! i dont care!" and i said that's the kind of thought you should be thinking when you ride these silly things. to care for nothing! it was so fun.
after all the throat-shattering screams, didi, decided to go inside the haunted house. (that means more screaming!) this time, dodoy was reluctant to go...(talk about "duwag" in different aspects!haha!) and so i convinced her, because she convinced me just a while ago. and so we went in... THE HOUSE OF HORRORS! muhahaha! all of us actually, like what I expected, there were puppet mechanisms inside... but to be honest, i still got some few shockers here and there. how scary it is? twas 5 out of 10... how funny it is to go in? priceless! believe it or not i was already clinging to paul when we got out. Inagawan daw ba si bie ng howe! haha! naiwan ko na si dots (my original partner) kasi nakahawak sya ng mahigpit kay bie, tapos she was barely moving...haha! kaya yung itsura namin paglabas...we made the people outside think it was really scary inside...but it was really not! it was super funny! tapos nun we rode na the bumpcars, which was lame. i wouldnt even expound on it.
tapos after nun.. we rode the "booster". my first impression of this ride, was: "ano ba yan! walang ng awa sa mga tao!" coz, if you watch how the ride goes... you'd be surprised how people can still get up and walk after it. and so, si dots and marla muna pinauna ko... sabi ko kasi tester ko si dots eh...haha! after the ride, they willingly went for another round, this time didi and I caught up with them. didi wasn't scared at all because she was expecting this ride to have no "itlog" on it. ("itlog" was didi's term for the feeling in your stomach you get when you're free falling...para ka daw nagngingitlog) and so the ride initiated...and was didi right?! NO!! meron paring itlog yung ride!! and so she was repeatedly shouting, Shit! Shit! Shit! ayoko na!! i cant see her face, but I can see her limbs were trembling, so I pat her legs once in a while...pero natatawa nadin ako...kasi super bumabaliktad na yung ride...tapos di ka na makasigaw! kaya all you can do is laugh and think: "ano ba tong sinakyan ko?!" and so the ride ended, leaving a few buzzes and spins in our heads, i cant get up instantly, so i sat down first. then didi and I slowly went down. trying to keep our balance! laugh trip na tlga! after nun nasuka na si harms...kasi ilang beses nila inulit yung booster. (a thing i wouldn't do in my life) kaya, kumain muna kami ni aynns ng ice cream. pistacchio flavor.
after nun, bonx tried all the "perya games", first the hammer hit thing, then the color wheel (the lamest of all) and the fishing for ducks... super impossible manalo sa mga games, kaya nasayang lang money. pero it was fun playing lame stuffs too. haha! and so we laughed.
after nun, we decided to go back to the ferris wheel, para magpahangin... eh by that time, nobody was falling in line anymore, kaya what the controlmen did... well... they did nothing...did nothing to stop the ferris wheel. and so we were spinning like more than ten times na ata.. unless we signalled stop to the controlmen. kaya after ilang rounds, we decided to halt the ride, kasi it was never ending na tlga. i remember didi and i were joking na, maluwag na yung screws ng ferris wheel kaya malapit ng ma disassemble yung ride... tapos, we had an idea na dapat may emergency release button per gondola, para pag ayaw mo na, in the middle of the ride, you can just simply push the button, and mahuhulog nalang yung gondola...nice idea noh? haha!
after na nun, marla went home na, susunod narin kami after, pero dots and I decided to ride pa the water ride. and so we did. plus bie and paul pa. that was the finale na. nabasa kami! the water was cold. but laugh trip parin! after that, we parted ways na! went home, and said our goodbye's! it was a nice trip guys! one of the best! congrats ulit to all of us!
